The Human Resources Toolkits are for board members, executive directors, managers, and supervisors who are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing staff. They were created to support Divisions of Family Practice to utilize best practice and equitable approaches to people management, while also highlighting the Employer’s obligations.

Business Pathways is a Doctors of BC initiative created to help physicians navigate the operational side of running a practice. Their HR Toolkit contains instructions and templates to help doctors manage staffing matters at every stage of the process.
