About the QATHET DIVISION OF FAMILY PRACTICE

The qathet Division of Family Practice (qDoFP) was founded in 2010, and is a community-based group of family physicians and facilitators working together to improve practice, foster an open discussion for current topics, and achieve proactive change in common healthcare goals. We work collaboratively with our community and health care partners to enhance local patient care, increase awareness for shifts in the medical community and improve professional satisfaction for physicians.

The Divisions of Family Practice initiative is funded by the Family Practice Service Committee (FPSC), one of four joint committees that represent a partnership of the provincial government and Doctors of BC.
