Updated division letterhead and PPT templates

The provincial Divisions of Family Practice communications team has updated the MS Word and PowerPoint templates with the FPSC version of the Divisions of Family Practice logos. The templates are available for all 35 divisions and the 13 Rural and Remote Division chapters.

GPSC’s new name is Family Practice Services Committee (FPSC)

GPSC has a new name following ratification of the 2022 Physician Master Agreement (PMA) on December 6, 2022. The General Practice Services Committee is now the Family Practice Services Committee, or FPSC.

GPSC extends in-patient bridge funding to March 2024

Doctors of BC and the Ministry of Health are currently working on a new payment model for longitudinal primary care. As this model expands, we anticipate this will significantly impact the approach to the provision of in-hospital care by community longitudinal family physicians. 

Engagement Toolkit: Request for tools and resources from divisions

The Facility and Community Engagement team is seeking relevant existing tools and resources developed by divisions to be considered for inclusion in the Engagement Toolkit.
