This wonderful suite is suitable for a single person. 

Completely furnished. One bedroom with double bed, couch and chair, filing cabinet, book shelf unit, tv (all bedding). Single shower toilet sink, breakfast area with microwave, toaster oven , hot plate , coiffed press , kettle, dishes, cutlery, Entrance to European Bar with couch, chair, tv, record player.  Access to a private large back yard. This is a very quiet area and I live a quiet lifestyle. (use of my washer, dryer, and kitchen to be discussed) Please no smokers.
