Board of Directors Opportunity
The Comox Valley Division of Family Practice Board is seeking expertise in any of the following areas: strategic leadership, community partnerships, health systems planning and/or governance.
We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our Board of Directors. Ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge and experience in their field, a strong background in governance, and familiarity with the non-profit and primary care sectors. Please note, health care experience is not required but considered an asset.
Candidates who identify as Indigenous are encouraged to apply, recognizing the importance of Indigenous perspectives in effective and informed governance.
The term of office for Community Member Directors is three years, with the possibility of consecutive terms. The position is paid.
