Hornby Island Medical Clinic provides primary health care services to the residents of Hornby Island. This includes care for illness and injury, chronic disease management, palliative care, and preventative care.
The following roles support team-based care and services at the clinic: administrative clerk, remote certified registered nursing, physician, and Primary Care Network resources of social work, dietician, pharmacist, and mental health consultant.
