Catherine has worked in health system strengthening and innovation for over 15 years. With a degree in health informatics and post-graduate education in health care administration and project management, Catherine has supported numerous projects and programs that address patient access, support physician-driven solutions and enhance partner engagement. 

After spending almost 10 years in South Africa and India, Catherine moved back to Canada and joined the Comox Valley Division in 2015. Catherine loves working at a community level supporting physicians and nurse practitioners to address challenges, celebrate successes, and enhance work/ life balance.

Now, as Executive Director, Catherine is dedicated to advancing our organization’s vision and mission. It is a privilege to lead such an exceptional team in achieving our goals and making a meaningful difference.
