  • 1 bedroom apartment (or 2 bedroom - see Gallery Room info) with a view of VI Beaufort Range and Comox Harbour
  • The bedroom and living room windows frame a breathtaking view of the mountains, the harbour, HMCS Quadra, the Goose Spit, and garden
  • The kitchen is fully equipped and laundry facilities are available
  • King size bed in bedroom and a twin bed in living room
  • Internet, television with cable in the living room and bedroom
  • Dedicated patio with seating and picnic table
  • Bathroom has a shower
  • French and English spoken
  • Parking onsite

Note: The environment and property are smoke and vape free.

The accommodation is unable to lodge pets.

RATES

Mariner's Lookout Suite

Summer: $2950 per month, $1000 per week, or $150 nightly. 2 night min. double occupancy.

Sleeps 1 - 3 guests

May 15 - September 15.

Additional bed set up $40 per stay if required.

Winter: $800 per week, $140 nightly, or $2400 monthly for short term occupancy

2 night minimum, double occupancy. Sleeps 1 - 3 guests,

September 16-May 16.

Additional bed set up $40 per stay if required

 

The Gallery Room (in addition to Mariner's Lookout Suite for a larger group or family)

Summer: $900 per week, $140 nightly. 2 night min. double occupancy.

Sleeps 2 guests

June 15-September 15.

Winter: $750 per week, $135 nightly, or $2300 monthly for short term occupancy

2 night minimum, double occupancy. Sleeps 2 guests

September 16-May 15

 

$45 cleaning fee
2 nights minimum summer and winter
Credit Card information is required to hold the booking
Cash, etransfer or credit cards accepted as payment. Credit card payment has a 2.9% third party fee

8% PST applies for stays of less than 27 days
