"The Barn" is a modern and cozy guest house on beautiful rural property located near Kitty Coleman. It is only 5 minutes to the beach, 30 min to the mountain, and is half way between Courtenay and Campbell River hospitals.

• Second bedroom (loft with barn doors) has a queen bed and sofa bed.
• Small work space in loft area separate from bedroom.
• Privacy fencing provides privacy from the main house and road (Rennie Rd).
• Garden is equipped with a BBQ, patio furniture, and landscaping.

We have a friendly dog on-site but no animals have ever been in The Barn.

Rental: $3,000/ month including weekly cleaning and utilities (gas, hydro, internet (no cable but smart TV))
