This idyllic garden studio is located in the owner's backyard. There is one large room with a bed, a living room area in the center, and a kitchenette upon entrance. A bathroom with a shower and toilet and a large kitchen sink accommodate washing up from the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and many other small appliances. There is room on the driveway for off-street parking. All dishes, bedding, towels, and initial cleaning supplies, are all provided. The studio is best suited for a single person. Sorry - no smoking or pets allowed. 

Utilities, WiFi, internet, and basic cable are included in the $1000.00 per month rental fee. We live 7 minutes away from the base.
