This idyllic garden studio is located in the owner's backyard. There is one large room with a bed, a living room area in the center, and a kitchenette upon entrance. A bathroom with a shower and toilet and a large kitchen sink accommodate washing up from the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and many other small appliances. It is furnished with a pull out bed/ couch, a kitchen table and 2 chairs, a queen size bed, a wardrobe, bookcase and a night table. There is room on the driveway for off-street parking. All dishes, bedding, towels, and initial cleaning supplies, are all provided. The studio is best suited for a single person. Sorry - no smoking or pets allowed. 

The intention of this studio suite was to assist international students, or medical personal in need of accommodation without having to supply furnishings and supplies. We are within 10-15 minute walk to the hospital and North Island College. 

There are no washer/dryer facilities.

Utilities, WiFi, internet, and basic cable are included in the $1100.00 per month rental fee.
