Step outside to paddle or swim or explore many neighborhood trails. It’s 30 minutes to the base of Mt. Washington and close to many activities.

The house is fully furnished, including towels and bedding: there’s a queen bed and an ensuite in the master bedroom; bunk beds in the second bedroom are perfect for two children, and the bottom double bunk is suitable for an adult; the kitchen provides all the basics including a dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel appliances, and coffee supplies; the main bathroom includes heated floors, a full bathtub/shower, and laundry facilities. Air conditioning keeps you cool. 

We live at the front of the 2.5-acre property with our two dogs so are close enough to answer your questions but far enough to give you privacy. Enjoy gorgeous views, spectacular sunsets, and ocean-fresh air. Pets may be considered. N0 smoking. Wifi and utilities are included. 

$160/night (3 night minimum) or $850/week.
