Cedar House Collective is a family practice - midwifery collaborative maternity care practice. We are a group of family physicians and midwives who have joined together to provide pregnancy, birth, and newborn care up until 6 weeks postpartum.

Ideally, each provider works at least one-half day of maternity-focused clinic with longer visits to accommodate complexity and provides on-call services at CVH for at least one 12-hour shift per week and one weekend per month. This is flexible depending on the locum's schedule and availability. There would be an opportunity for working more clinics or call if desired.

Dates As soon as possible - ongoing locum
Shift/Hours of Work Flexible but ideally 1/2 day clinic per week + 12 hour call shift per week + 1 weekend per month
Remuneration Fee for service with pooled billings
Education, Experience and Qualifications Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC
