The space

530 square foot carriage house has just been renovated inside. There is a full set of stairs to the entry-level. Well laid out complete kitchen with new appliances. A bar-height table and chairs allow you to sit and gaze out at the view while having your morning coffee. There is a television, wifi, and laundry facilities, as well as an area to relax on a loveseat and chairs. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a new queen bed, mattress, and a closet. The unit is ideal for 2 to 4 guests.

Other things to note

As the name 'carriage house' describes, the accommodation sits above our garage. There is a full set of stairs to the entry-level. There may be occasional noise from the garage as the garage doors are opened or closed, or we go in looking for something stored within.
