Kristine Salzmann - Recruitment and Retention Coordinator
Kristine is excited to join the Comox Valley Division of Family Practice team as the new Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. She brings experience in cross-sector collaboration and community-based program development from previous work in the non-profit sector, with a focus on inclusion and newcomer integration. Kristine has also worked in recreational sports programming and, earlier in her career, as a journalist after completing a Master of Journalism degree. Kristine is passionate about building strong community connections and supporting initiatives that respond to local needs. Outside of work, she plays and coaches ultimate frisbee and enjoys exploring Vancouver Island's trails, rivers, and lakes with her family.
