Attachment Coordinator

Kaitlin holds a B.A. in Communications from Simon Fraser University and a diploma in Forest and Natural Areas Management from BCIT. Her professional background spans digital marketing, administration, and parks, with experience across corporate, government, non-profit, and freelance settings.

As part of the PCN team, Kaitlin supports physicians, allied health professionals, and the community by helping patients connect with a primary care provider. Each week, she works closely with practitioners and those seeking attachment, guiding them through the HCR/PAS system and ensuring successful connections to care.

Outside of work, Kaitlin is passionate about hiking and backpacking. She has explored nearly every mountain and trail across the Fraser Valley, Lower Mainland, and Sea to Sky, with the ultimate goal of completing every hike along BC’s south coast. She also enjoys writing and is currently working on a book.
