Governance & Member Engagement Manager
Allison is the Governance & Member Engagement Manager for the Fraser Northwest Division of Family Practice. She works closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, physician members, and community partners to strengthen member engagement, support good governance, and coordinate programs and events that foster connection, learning, and collaboration.
Allison leads the planning and delivery of member initiatives, educational events, and physician engagement opportunities, while helping advance the Division's strategic priorities. She is also passionate about supporting cultural safety and humility initiatives, working alongside Indigenous partners to create meaningful learning experiences that encourage reflection, relationship-building, and respectful collaboration.
Allison has been with the Division since August 2019. In her free time, Allison enjoys expressing her creativity through sewing and art projects, experimenting with new recipes, and spending quality time with her family. Over the past 30 years, she has explored practices like tai chi, qi gong, meditation, reflexology, dance therapy and art therapy, dedicating herself to becoming the best version of herself—mentally, physically, and spiritually.
