MingJi Wang
Evaluation Program Assistant
MingJi is the Evaluation Program Assistant for the Fraser Northwest Division. In her role, she helps to collect, analyze and evaluate data through various surveys. This includes member events, our member survey, Division programs, initiatives and more!
She brings 12-yrs of working experience from the non-profit immigrant settlement sector to the division. With a dedication to continuous learning and development, MingJi commits to promoting inclusive healthcare practices and improving the well-being of our community members.
MingJi has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography with the Co-Op completion. She has worked with federal & provincial governments, private and non-profit organisations for almost 15 years. She enjoys working in non-profit organisations because she appreciates the opportunities to contribute to the community.
Outside of work, MingJi enjoys playing badminton and table tennis, reading, jigsaw puzzles, origami and walking with her husband in their neighbourhood along the New Westminster Quay. One of her favourite quotes is by Screenwriter Leo Rosten: “… the purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible, to be compassionate. It is, above all, to matter, to count, to stand for something, to have made some difference that you lived at all.”
