Project Manager
With a passion for improving healthcare delivery, Saron works as a Project Manager within Shared Care on quality improvements projects, where she plays a central role in bringing healthcare providers together. She collaborates with specialists, family physicians, and allied health professionals to work through inefficiencies, strengthen communication, and create better experiences for both providers and patients accessing care in the community. This includes mapping out referral pathways, facilitating learning sessions, and leading needs assessments.
Saron holds a Master of Public Health from Simon Fraser University and brings over seven years of experience in public health research, program planning and evaluation, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and program development.
Outside of work, Saron enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, exercising, and travelling.
