Patient Medical Home Human Resources Coordinator

This role involves building strong relationships with Patient Medical Homes (PMHs) and their teams, supporting HR and business operations through policy development, recruitment assistance, and resource connections. This role also supports FNW Division staff recruitment, engagement, and learning and development pieces. 

Aarti has been with the Division since October 2023. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in HR Management at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, and plans to graduate at the end of summer 2025. In her leisure time, she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends/family, watching movies and tv shows, and painting.
