Dr. Nazila Soltani is an experienced family physician based in Coquitlam, BC, with more than two decades of clinical practice spanning primary care, rural medicine, and telehealth. At Soltani Medical Clinic, she provides comprehensive, longitudinal, and patient-cantered care with a strong focus on chronic disease management, women’s health, and complex care. Her clinical work also includes rural virtual care , allowing her to support accessible health services across British Columbia.
Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Soltani is engaged in health-system leadership. She previously served on the Fraser Northwest Division of Family Practice Board and now continues to serve as a Knowledge Keeper Advisor with Fraser Health, contributing to equity-focused, culturally informed, and community-grounded primary-care transformation. She has supported medical education as a Clinical Instructor with UBC in the past and continues to play an active role in quality improvement, and strengthening collaborative team-based care.
