Attachment Coordinator
Candice is an Attachment Coordinator with the Fraser Northwest Division of Family Practice. She supports patient attachment by working with physicians, nurse practitioners, clinics, and community partners to improve access to primary care across the Fraser Northwest region.
Candice holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition and Health from the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining the Division, she worked in project management and stakeholder engagement across the healthcare, education, and food sectors.
Outside of work, Candice enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and exploring the natural beauty of British Columbia.
