Program Coordinator 

Trin is our Program Coordinator, focusing on Human Resources & Provider Recruitment. She supports our clinics with MOA & LPN recruiting and ensures all clinics comply with provincial HR policies and procedures by creating the necessary plans and templates. 

She also supports the Division’s Recruitment. This includes working on all provider recruitment, such as managing postings, supporting referrals, facilitating and supporting the NTP and NP contracts, and creating regional recruitment strategies. Trin is also involved in and supports our local hospital partnership projects, acting as the administrative coordinator for the Columbian Emergency Physician Association (CEPA). 

Trin graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and is currently a CPHR Candidate. In her spare time, Trin is an avid road cyclist and runner, she also likes to spend her free time hiking with her terrier.
