Dr. Meera Anand has been practicing in Surrey-North Delta since 2014. She is the medical director of her clinic, where she has a longitudinal practice with a special interest in women’s health (including referrals for IUDs and Nexplanon insertions) as well as providing CBT skills for patients. Her clinic also functions as a team-based learning centre for Family Medicine residents.

Dr. Anand received her medical degree from the University of Toronto and completed her Family Medicine Residency at UBC. She holds a Master of Medical Education from the University of Dundee. 

In addition to her practice, Dr. Anand is a member of the SND Division's Recruitment, Retention, Wellness and Retirement Committee and has several ongoing educational roles with UBC supporting the curriculum for family medicine in the undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

In her spare time, she loves music and reading and stays busy with her two young children.
