Community Partnerships

The Surrey-North Delta Division works with a number of provincial and local partners. From sharing important information with our members to developing tools that improve quality of care for patients, our partnerships allow us to provide services that support the growth and development of primary care in our community.

Are you a health-focused organization operating in Surrey or North Delta? We want to connect! We are always looking for community partners who:

• have a community health mandate
• work with special segments of the community
• are undertaking initiatives to address specific, identified health concerns

To stay connected, we send out a once-monthly Community Partner newsletter that contains information about how to partner with us, community health news and updates, and occasionally, news from other community partners.
