*Return of Service IMGs and PCN NPs are expected to work with SND PCN Attachment Coordinators to build their panels from patients registered on the HCR.
**Hosting opportunities for new primary care providers are available to clinics that are eligible for SND Division recruitment services on a prioritized basis in accordance with our updated guidelines.

Disclaimer: The SND Division is responsible for identifying potential practices in Surrey-North Delta where an IMG Family Physician might complete their three-year ROS commitment. We are not responsible if a match does not occur or if candidates withdraw their applications at any moment in time.
Application Deadline: April 12, 2026
- 3-year term beginning March or Sept 2027
- IMG has completed residency outside of Canada
- 1-3 placements anticipated to be available
