About Vrushalee

Vrushalee (Lee) is one of the Physician Engagement & Support Leads at the SND Division. Her role involves supporting physicians practicing within the North Delta and West Newton neighbourhoods while identifying and assessing the needs of physicians in those areas. She works with the PES team to develop, coordinate, implement, support and evaluate initiatives that align with the mission and vision of the Division.

In her work, Lee is passionate about quality improvement and change management. She seeks to standardize processes and structures to achieve predictable results and improve outcomes within the healthcare system.

After receiving a Master of Science degree in Molecular Biology from Louisiana Tech University, Lee completed her Master of Public Health degree at University of South Florida. Her career has focused on applying research to create novel products and solutions to improve the overall quality of life of her community. She has worked with scientists, physicians, and naturopaths with a common goal of improving healthcare. 

Outside of work, Lee enjoys DIY home improvement projects and travel and she always has a painting project on the go!
