Evaluation Program Lead

Saron is the Evaluation Program Lead which entails overseeing evaluation and reporting activities across various quality improvement initiatives and programs across the division. Her responsibilities include collaborating and liaising with external and internal stakeholders, conducting data analysis, report writing and implementing data tracking mechanisms to ensure programs and projects meet anticipated outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from Simon Fraser University (SFU) and is currently a Masters of Public Health student at SFU. She has experience working in the non-profit sector, public health research and program development. Outside of work, Saron enjoys taking long scenic walks, listening to podcasts, baking desserts and reading personal development books.
