Evaluation Program Coordinator

Saron is the Evaluation Program Coordinator which primarily entails supporting the various program managers and directors with evaluation of program components offered by the division. This includes conducting data analysis for events, surveys and program measurement outcomes by implementing various tracking methods. Saron enjoys this work as it enables the team to understand the members needs and identify areas of improvement. 

Saron has a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences and a minor in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, as well as previous experience in population and public health research, qualitative and quantitative data analysis and program development. 

Outside of work Saron enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and volunteering for the Public Health Youth Association of Canada addressing pressing public health concerns.
