Patient Medical Home (PMH) Coordinator
Simran is a PMH Coordinator with the Fraser Northwest Division of Family Practice, supporting physicians and clinics with recruitment, HR, and practice management needs. He works closely with clinics on MOA recruitment, hiring support, and developing practical resources such as employee manuals, OH&S materials, and emergency preparedness resources.
Simran is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU). His studies have provided him with a foundation in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational practices, which he applies to his work supporting clinics and physician members.
Outside of work, Simran enjoys hiking, mountain biking, watching movies, and spending time with his cat. He also enjoys exploring new places, trying new things, and generally staying active.
