Healthcare Project Coordinator
Clara Jankowiak is the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator for the Division. In this role, she partners with clinics to recruit locum and permanent family physicians and nurse practitioners, helping strengthen primary care across the FNW.
Clara coordinates the UBC IMG Return of Service and PRA-BC intakes and matching processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new physicians joining the FNW community. She also collaborates with Fraser Health and the Ministry of Health to develop business cases that support the addition of New-to-Practice physician positions and Primary Care Network nurse practitioner contracts. In addition, Clara supports the Division's Recruitment, Retirement and Retention Committee and contributes to physician engagement events and quality improvement initiatives.
Clara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a Diploma in Business Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU). Prior to joining the Division, she gained experience in event management and professional photography, bringing strong organizational, relationship-building, and creative communication skills to her work.
Outside of work, Clara enjoys strength training, hiking, running, travelling, and spending time outdoors with her dog.
