Carissa Joseph
Attachment Coordinator
Carissa Joseph is the Attachment Hub Coordinator at the Division, working within the Primary Care Network. In this position, she supports patients on the Health Connect Registry by connecting them with available Family Physicians and Nurse Practitioners, thereby increasing access to high quality healthcare across the Fraser Northwest region. On a weekly basis, her role includes collaborating with both patients and healthcare professionals in order to facilitate effective attachments.
Carissa possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, along with being a Certified Personal Trainer. Prior to joining the division, Carissa obtained significant experience providing client-centered care, where she worked as a Retail Sales Lead and an Outreach Mental Health Worker.
Outside of work, Carissa enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, and strength training.
