About Referral Tracker:
Referral tracker is an electronic referral and patient notification system set up inside of the regular Pathways dashboard. Pathways has been working with the White Rock/South Surrey Division to pilot a prototype of the Referral Tracker. The pilot phase ended as of December 2018 and currently, work is ongoing to expand use of the Referral Tracker into three further Divisions: Surrey-North Delta, North Shore, and Fraser East.
