Surrey-North Delta Division of Family Practice

Tasha Webster | PCN Attachment Coordinator

Tasha is the Attachment Coordinator for Surrey North Delta Division of Family Practice. She will be working to implement the PCN Service plan and find appropriate attachments. She will also be creating new attachment strategies for the division and other PCN community projects.

Tasha is passionate about people and cares for others deeply. She is a self-proclaimed social butterfly, and will always have time to listen. She has applied this trait to her best capability previously as an RN, then as a Department Manager assisting in best patient outcomes through patient-centered care, and finally to create organizational change to better serve the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) community.

Tasha completed her BScN at McMaster University and worked for the CAF as a Nursing Officer. Before her retirement from the CAF she worked as the Operations and Training Manager for a military hospital of over 150 staff. She was a key member in initiating and creating organizational change to serve the military community. She has training in project management, emergency management, organizational behavior, and human resource management.

Tasha is a handywoman, and very proud of her skill set. She renovated the first home she bought when she was 25 years old by herself, reading self help books, attending Home Depot classes and watching countless hours of social media renovation videos to develop her skill set. There was trial and error, but now she is confident and has renovated 3 homes. When she’s not at work, she’s loves to go golfing, play tennis, enjoy a challenging hike and spend time with her family and three adorable children.
