Nidhi Gupta is the Manager of Primary Care Networks (PCN) Clinical Operations at the SND Division. In this role, she leads the development and implementation of PCN-based initiatives, working collaboratively with key stakeholders, steering committees, and project teams to advance strategic objectives and foster system-wide improvement. With over 15 years of combined clinical and operational experience, she brings a well-rounded perspective to driving change and enhancing primary care delivery.

Nidhi began her career as a point-of-care physiotherapist, gradually transitioning into healthcare operations. Since moving to Canada in 2016 with her husband and daughter, she has held various leadership and administrative roles at Vancouver Coastal Health and Fraser Health, contributing to service excellence and team development across multiple portfolios.

Nidhi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Master’s in Health Administration from India, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Health Leadership from BCIT. In 2024, she earned the Certified Health Executive (CHE) designation from the Canadian College of Health Leaders.

A committed professional with a passion for systems improvement and people-centered care, Nidhi is dedicated to building strong partnerships and empowering teams to succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys DIY art projects, spending quality time with her family, and relaxing with her favorite Bollywood music.
