
Dear valued MOAs,
We are announcing an important update regarding participation in the Surrey-North Delta (SND) Division MOA Network. In an effort to support MOAs, FPs and NPs working in Surrey and North Delta, and in alignment with recent bylaw changes for the Surrey-North Delta Division of Family Practice, we are requesting that all MOAs who wish to participate in the SND MOA Network to register as a member. This will be updated once a year. This updated process will align with the revised eligibility requirements outlined in the Division bylaws.

Benefits of Being a Member
The Surrey-North Delta MOA Network aims to empower MOAs through the provision of education, practice support and wellness opportunities. Our goal is for Surrey-North Delta MOAs to feel valued, supported and equipped for success in their workplaces.
Registered and eligible SND MOAs will have access to:

✨ Access SND Primary Care Network (PCN) website resources - learn about PCN services and how to access them for your patients
✨ Access Pathways and Referral Tracker training
✨ Receive support with using the Provincial Attachment System - we can help your clinic through the attachment process at any career stage
✨ Receive assistance with onboarding new providers and integrating systems (Care Connect, Pharmanet, etc.)
- Opportunities to Share Your Experience and Make a Difference
✨ Leadership opportunities through working groups and the MOA Network Steering Committee - make your voice heard and help make the system better for MOAs, FPs, NPs and patients

Membership Requirements
To be considered for SND MOA Network membership, you must be employed at a Surrey-North Delta clinic that hosts a Surrey-North Delta Division Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner member. If you have any questions, please contact Monica Khan at monica.khan@snddivision.ca or 236-688-2382.
What is Being Changed?
1. SND Division Weekly Newsletter
All SND MOA Network members will be added to our mailing list to receive our weekly newsletter that provides updates relevant to primary care providers and their staff. We want to make sure you are kept in the loop, and know what is taking place at the local level and beyond that could assist you in your work
👉 Surrey-North Delta MOAs who complete the registration form and meet the membership requirements will start receiving emails from Surrey-North Delta Division of Family Practice’s communication email, communications@snddivision.ca Please add this email address to your email contacts!
2. WhatsApp – SND MOA Network Group
In order to ensure the MOA Network WhatsApp group meets the membership requirements outlined above, the existing SND MOA Network WhatsApp group will be phased out:
- The chat will be placed in read-only mode as of March 31, 2026
- MOAs will have two weeks to save any previously shared resources.
- As of April 15, 2026, all members will be removed and the current WhatsApp group chat will be deleted.
- A new MOA Network WhatsApp will be created for MOAs who have joined the new MOA network.

👉 Surrey-North Delta MOAs who complete the registration form and meet the membership requirements will be added to the new SND MOA Network WhatsApp group starting April 1, 2026.
3. Basecamp
Basecamp has not been actively used by the SND MOA Network group for some time. In an effort to consolidate and remove obsolete information, the MOA Network Basecamp will no longer be accessible as of April 15, 2026. Relevant information for MOAs will be moved to the PCN website or the SND MOA Network website.
👉 Once your register and have been added to the new MOA Network you will receive information about how to register to use the SND PCN website to access PCN referral information, patient resources and more!
