Dr. Wilkhu has been practicing family medicine in North Delta, where he owns a clinic, for the past 11 years. He provides family medicine and walk-in services in addition to practicing addictions medicine, including the delivery of OAT. 

In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Wilkhu works as a clinical instructor with the UBC Faculty of Medicine - a role for which he has won the BC College of Family Physicians' "Small Changes, Big Impact" award. 

An active member of our community, Dr. Wilkhu is a member of our PMH working group and our UPCC steering committee, in addition to volunteering his time as member of the BC arm of the South Asian Covid Task Force - a group that aims to support the COVID-19 response by strengthening networks and partnerships across faith and cultural groups.
