Project Coordinator - Pathways Referral Tracker

As Project Coordinator for the Pathways Referral Tracker Project, Alicia supports the implementation of this tool within Surrey-North Delta. In this role, she schedules and delivers training sessions, documents project progress, and collaborates with colleagues to streamline and optimize operational processes and procedures.

Alicia is passionate about healthcare accessibility, health equity, and health promotion. She believes deeply in the power of longitudinal care in improving health outcomes and is motivated to address gaps in our current systems that can get in the way of equitable access. Coming from the Burnaby Division of Family Practice, she brings with her a clear understanding of the overarching goals and mission of the Divisions and is excited to contribute to the meaningful work that the Surrey-North Delta Division is already doing.

Alicia has an undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Victoria, and several years of customer service and healthcare experience. Outside of the Division, she is developing outreach workshops to teach youth skills for emotional resilience and healthy relationships, while also working at a COVID-19 testing and immunization site. When she isn’t pouring her heart into her work, she loves to hike and explore in nature, create music, garden, practice yoga, and celebrate the moments in between with the people she loves.
