Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given for the Annual General Meeting of the Nanaimo Division of Family Practice Society, which will be held from 1800 to 1900 on Thursday, October 24th, 2024, at the Coast Bastion Hotel, 11 Bastion Street, Nanaimo, BC, in the Ladysmith room.

* If more Nominations are received than vacant positions on the Board, electronic election material will be circulated via email on October 10^th, 2024 to the voting membership. Otherwise, the nominees will be elected by acclamation at the Annual General Meeting.

Call for Nominations to the Board of Directors

*Please review the instructions and information provided on the Board Nomination Form before submitting any nominations.

Any member of the Nanaimo Division of Family Practice is eligible for nomination to the Board of Directors, including him or herself, and the nomination must be signed* by:

(i) the Member nominated;
(ii) the nominating Members; and
(iii) in the case of a self-nomination only, one (1) other Member.
* Electronic signatures will be permitted

Nominations must be received by Friday, September 27, 2024
