SUMMARY:

The Project Manager (PM) works in collaboration with the Physician Leads, other KB Physicians, and Partners.

The PM is a complex system change agent extraordinaire. They will work in close partnership with Physicians to bring co-leadership in design and implementation of the initiative. The PMs sphere of influence and engagement will be with front line GPs, and Health Authority facilities front line staff and administrators, across the region. All of these individuals will be ideologically committed to Project Outcomes, but engaged in Project Activities as a small addition to their already busy professional lives. The PMs highest skill is creating inspiring processes and structures for these disparate and unique individuals, across multiple communities and facilities, motivating them to coalesce around the projects, and subsequently engage in new ways of practice and personal care.

The Executive Director of the Division will be the contractual “report to” for the PM, but in practice they will both report to and co-lead with Project Physician Leads. The Division engages a highly competent Administrative team, who will support the PM with meeting logistics, etc. Communications and QI/Evaluation team members will also work closely with the PM in their projects, as required. The Division strives to foster a highly collaborative culture within our team, where individuals with strong attunement to the needs of fellow collaborators, high individual initiative, and a strong values-based commitment to the work, thrive.
