We’re Hiring: PCN Project Manager and Clinic Liaison (Revelstoke)
The Kootenay Boundary Division of Family Practice is seeking a PCN Project Manager and Clinic Liaison based in Revelstoke to support a key transition period as Revelstoke Family Physicians integrate into the KB Division and advance a Primary Care Network (PCN) proposal.
This is an ongoing contract (with the possibility of future employment) at an estimated 24 hours per week, with flexibility as demands fluctuate week to week. Some early morning or evening engagements may be required, along with occasional travel to other KB communities (Nelson, Castlegar, Trail).
What you’ll do (high level)
In this role, you’ll act as a local connector and implementation lead, supporting projects and relationships in Revelstoke while helping move PCN work forward in partnership with Interior Health.
- Leading implementation of the Revelstoke Primary Care Network (service plan delivery, Ministry deliverables, budget management, evaluation and reporting)
- Supporting PCN governance and system alignment with providers, Indigenous and community partners, and health-system leaders
- Advancing team-based care and clinic implementation (staffing, relationships, communications that build trust and continuous improvement)
- Coordinating and supporting local physician meetings, CPD logistics, secondary school clinic scheduling, and other locally based supports
Work terms and compensation
- Contract rate: commensurate with qualifications and experience, $65-75/hour
- Location requirement: candidates must live in Revelstoke and area
- Hours: approximately 24 hours/week to start, sometimes variable; potential for additional hours as PCN work progresses
