BC Children's Hospital Gender Clinic > Functions as a “clinic without walls” to deliver readiness assessments & endocrine care (puberty blockers & hormone therapy) to children & youth. The team (Endocrinologist, Endocrine Nurse Clinician, & Social Worker/Counsellor) works in partnership with community & hospital mental health professionals (Psychiatrists & Psychologists) & the BC Transgender Clinical Care Group. |
