Participation is voluntary, anonymous, and open to all Kootenay Boundary residents. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. The time and input of all participants is gratefully acknowledged.

The Kootenay Boundary Division of Family Practice operates as a Community Service Cooperative & our membership encompasses all family physicians & nurse practitioners across the region. Together, we envision equitable, resilient, & vibrant primary care in Kootenay Boundary.
This survey is part of a multi-year, region-wide effort to better understand and improve patient care in Kootenay Boundary. Surveys conducted in 2020 and 2022 received over 1000 responses each.The regional results of the 2019 survey can be viewed in this report out to patients. Your input into the current 2023-24 Patient Experience Survey will help us continually improve and strengthen primary care in clinics across our region.
