The Kootenay Boundary Division of Family Practice operates as a Community Service Cooperative & our membership encompasses all family physicians & nurse practitioners across the region. Together, we envision equitable, resilient, & vibrant primary care in Kootenay Boundary.
This survey is a follow-up to the survey conducted in our region in 2019 which had over 1,500 patient responses. The regional results of the 2019 survey can be viewed in this report out to patients. Your input into the current 2021-22 Kootenay Boundary Patient Experience Survey will help us continually improve and strengthen primary care in clinics across our region.
We gratefully acknowledge the time & input of all participants.
