Oceanside

  • Recruitment Incentive - $10,000
  • Fee Premium – 4.62%
  • Annual Flat Fee - $5,318.28
  • Rural CME starting at $2,200/annum years 3&4 in the community, to a maximum of $4,400/annum after 4 years.

Port Alberni

  • Recruitment Incentive - $10,000
  • Fee Premium – 7.98%
  • Annual Flat Fee - $9,186.12
  • Rural CME starting at $2,200/annum years 3&4 in the community, to a maximum of $4,400/annum after 4 years.

Seeking locum to cover for a well-established family physician in a bright new building located in beautiful Port Alberni.  Dates and hours are negotiable and flexible.

This is a professional and friendly clinic with long-serving medical office staff to provide support to both physicians and patients. There are other physicians co-located in the same space which helps create a team atmosphere. This clinic utilizes MedAccess EMR.  

Port Alberni enjoys the benefits of a new Primary Care Network, offering additional support to area clinics including nursing in practice and a visiting pharmacist to cover polypharmacy concerns. Also, there is the local West Coast General Hospital nearby and access to many local specialists.
