    The Robson ​system administrators have detected an issue which may impact divisions users ability to connect to email.

  • Email Issue: Delivery is Delayed Notification Emails

    Division email users may receive a number of "Delivery is Delayed" notification emails today. This is an unintended ​outcome of the server adjustments made last week. Contrary to the notifications, emails are being delivered as usual. >

  • Potentially Service Impacting Maintenance - Email - Mar 3 from 7am-7pm

    Please be advised that there will be potentially service impacting maintenance performed on portions of the power being provided by Robson's data centre facility during the following window: 

    Saturday March 3rd, 2018 07:00-19:00 (7AM-7PM) Pacific Standard 

    On Saturday, March 3rd, there will be a potentially service impacting maintenance performed on portions of the power being provided by ​Robson's data centre facility. During the 7am to 7pm maintenance window provided, there may be instances of limited connectivity to your hosted infrastructure. ​They have worked to minimize the service impact to our customers. System and network engineers will be on site to ensure the maintenance executes as planned.

  • Service Impacting Maintenance - Email - Feb 23-24 from 8pm-12am

    Please be advised that there will be network and site maintenance during the following window: 

    Friday February 23 20:00-00:00 (8:00PM-12:00AM) Pacific Standard 

    During this window, the Robson team will be performing maintenance on the primary routes that service the Vancouver data centre and performing some site maintenance. ​They have worked to minimize the service impact to customers. Customers may experience up to 30 minutes of down time throughout this service window. Please note that this is an estimate and that the impact may vary due to any unforeseen issues/delays that may arise during the change window.

  • Service Impacting Maintenance - Email - August 11-12 from 5pm-12am

    Please be advised that BC Hydro has scheduled maintenance that may interrupt power and impact access to email at the following time:

      
    ​Friday, August 11 at 5:00pm to Saturday August 12 at 12:00am
      
    During this time window, you may experience periods of limited connectivity to your email. Robson staff will be on site throughout the maintenance and will work to minimize the service impact to customers

  • Service Impacting Maintenance - Campaign Monitor

    Campaign Monitor will be performing scheduled maintenance on Saturday June 24, 2017 at 9:00 pm PDT. The upgrade is intended to bring even more speed, reliability, and performance to the Campaign Monitor platform.
     
    ​The application will be unavailable from 9:00 to 10:00 pm PDT on Saturday, June 24, 2017.
