Talent Management Strategy

There is a significant need for new physicians in the Langley area. The Langley Division anticipates that physicians are needed both in the short and long term, as a number of physicians plan to retire in the coming years and the population continues to increase.

Langley Division commissioned the Talent Management Strategy Report 2011 in an effort to capture this need in writing, with the support of facts and figures. The LDFP Board has reviewed the report, with a view towards concrete action.
