Beginning at 1pm on Friday, March 27th, Cowichan Valley residents will be able to “see” a physician related to COVID-19 via an online virtual clinic. This is a pilot project. Hours are currently 9am-4pm and will be adjusted as needed.
To access this service you will need to:
- Complete the consent form in Step 1 below.
- Schedule Your Appointment. Please contact our office at (250) 856-0724 between 9am-4pm seven days a week to speak with our staff and book your virtual appointment with one of our physicians.
- Check Your Email. Once your appointment is booked, we will send you an email containing your virtual appointment link.
- Join the virtual Waiting Room, 5 minutes before your appointment time, and wait until a physician is available. You will receive this link via email once your appointment is booked.

Step 3: Check Your Email
Check your inbox for an email from us containing your appointment link.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL, if you do not see an email from us within 1 hour.
Step 4: Start Your Appointment
When it is time for your appointment, click the link in the email from our clinic.
We recommend joining the virtual waiting room a few minutes before your scheduled appointment.
