Ask Us Anything: Transforming Care with a Networked Approach

Join us for an interactive online session as we reintroduce the Thompson PCN through the lens of our networked model of care. We’ll share how a coordinated intake process, anchored by the launch of social work referrals, is designed to strengthen team-based care and improve access for patients across the region. We’re also thrilled to welcome guests from the Central Okanagan PCN, who bring five years of experience and will offer insights from their own centralized intake journey.
This engaging “Ask Us Anything” session is your chance to ask questions, offer feedback, and contribute to shaping the future of primary care in our community!
