The 2018-2020 Strategic Plan has been finalized and includes input from members, partners, and staff. This plan continues to move forward work that was started and remains a priority of members. It also identifies new areas of focus as the landscape of primary care is changing.

The strategic areas of focus for 2018-2020 are:  

1. Prioritize recruitment and retention
2. Emphasize wellness and engagement
3. Collaborate with partners and decision makers
4. Promote interdisciplinary communication
