Practice Support Program (PSP)
The PSP is an initiative focused on quality improvement that provides a selection of evidence-based,educational services, and in-practice supports to improve patient care and doctor experience. PSP, as an initiative of the Family Practice Services Committee (FPSC), supports doctors working towards an integrated care system using the Patient Medical Home (PMH) and Primary Care Home (PCH) models.
Project Profile
Working with local divisions and Regional Support Teams (RST), PSP offers its services to family practices through flexible learning and support options. PSP’s tools and methodologies are standardized and align with provincial or national guidelines. PSP services include in-practice supports, learning modules, small group learning sessions, and FPSC’s leadership and development program.
