• Develop a non-alcoholic fatty liver disease management and referral algorithm
• Develop educational tools and resources for family physicians to use in their clinics

• Improve access to specialist care for patients with non- alcoholic liver disease in the EK
• Improve screening for patients with fatty liver disease (Shear wave elastography)
• Develop and provide tools and resources for FPs and SPs managing patients with fatty liver disease in the community
