If you, your family, or someone in your care needs a primary care provider (family doctor or nurse practitioner), you can register with the Health Connect Registry.

You will be contacted when a provider becomes available in your community.

Registrants will remain on the waitlist until connected with a provider. Only one application per person is required.

Information on the Health Connect Registry is held by HealthLink BC, not the Division of Family Practice.

Note: The Cranbrook UPCC Waitlist is being merged with the Health Connect Registry. If you previously registered with this waitlist, please still register with the Health Connect Registry (HCR); you will not lose your place in line, your HCR date will be changed to the date of your UPCC waitlist registry.
