• Evaluate and implement best practices in the HealED Together East Kootenay Regional Eating Disorder Program.
• The program was developed to provide local treatment for youth dealing with significant and health compromising eating disorders.

• Provision of a data informed solutions to be used by the Eating Disorder Clinic team to inform programming decisions and quality improvement opportunities.
• Data informed strategies will be developed to improve the team’s ability to deliver evidence-based, coordinated, high quality team- based care.
